TEN SOCIOLOGY BOOKS BANNED BY PUNJAB GOVERNMENT
In Pursuance of decision taken in the 29th meeting of Punjab Curricukum and Textbook Board (PCTB) held on 04-04-2016, following books of Sociology for the students of Intermediate Classes are hereby banned immediately on account of containing objectionable material about the Baloch people in them.

- The authors / writers of the above mentioned books are hereby instructed to present their manuscripts for review to the Punjab Curriculum & Textbook board (PCTB). The review charges prescribed by the PCTB will be borne by the concerned author / writer.
- All the concerned Publishers / Printers are hereby directed to withdraw their respective books from the market immediately. In Case of default and violation of the said order , panel action under the PCTB Act 2015 will be taken against the defaulters.
